This project involved the end-to-end design, structuring, and deployment of a centralized Brand Portal for the Live! Casino & Hotel properties, hosted on the Widen DAM system. The goal was to create a seamless and intuitive experience for internal teams and external partners to easily access logos, brand assets, templates, and digital content—across multiple properties including Maryland, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Louisiana, Virginia, BOH and PlayLive! Online Casino.

The new portal reduced asset search time for internal users by over 40% and provided a scalable infrastructure for the creative, marketing, and operations teams to maintain brand consistency across properties and platforms.
